WILLS & POWER OF ATTORNEY

While we often associate establishing a Will as something we do when we become much older in life, a Will is just as important for families with young children as it is for elderly.

Should the unthinkable occur, a Will ensures that your child(ren) will be cared for by the person you have chosen as their guardian, and that your child’s assets are managed per your wishes. Should that person be one in the same, well, that is up to you.

Don’t wait for a time of uncertainty to protect your money, assets, property, your family and, specifically, your wishes. Plan for today by establishing a Trust, Living Will, Last Will and Testament, Health Care Proxy, and Power of Attorney.

Capizzi Law Offices can guide you to make the right decisions for those you care about. We know these decisions are difficult ones; let us properly guide you in determining what you need to protect your family, your wishes, your assets.
